Why is it, that a mature, married couple with a good job, a house, morals and a head on their shoulders will take months of trying to be able to get pregnant?

Then there's some 16 year old crackhead who does every guy she can and is pregnant again a month after she just gave birth?

I don't know what the hell it is these days, but it's scary. My youngest sister is like 13 and it's now the norm to hear of a 14 year old girl in her school getting pregnant. Sad, scary stuff, i'm glad at least she's got a good head on her shoulders.

I hate to admit this, but my younger sister got pregnant at 14. She just gave birth to her third child two weeks ago. She just turned 20. On the upside, at least the same guy fathered all three....and on the downside - he's a moron.

Its a sad world these days...

i was going to post a similar question, cuz i had a shitty day...

a friend i have none foreeeeever had the worst luck ever...
she was pregnant with twins about 4 years ago. 3 months in she lost one of the babies, and at the 7th months she lost the other... then had to give birth to 2 stillborns....

she got pregnant about a year later.. again with twins... what a coincidence-- without any hormone drugs etc..

the twins just turned 2 in june.. and she just found out today that one was diagnosed with autism-- and you all know that is my passion... i deal with autism on a daily basis, but it's soo different when its someone you actually know rather than a random family i see everyday

i've been crying all day, and i feel sooooo terrible... :(

life throws curveballs at the wrong people way too often

It's not that it happens to the 16yo crack heads more often, it's just those story's that you hear about more often since they are so tragic to the children.

Some people are just too unintelligent and don't have any tolerance to understand when it is a good time to stop. In other cases, the worst things happen to good people... which does not make any sense at all.

The worst things don't necessarly happen to the 'good' people. They happen to everyone. Complimenting what i said before, we only hear when the 'bad' things happen to 'good' people. How often do we hear about a crack head getting raped? Not often. But if a suburban house wife got raped then surely we would hear about it. Rape is wrong, or 'bad', regardless of who it happens to - my point is that it is only brought to our attention in the latter situation.

It's actually a very simple answer. Remember back when this country was still starting and people were married by the age of 13-14, only a few years after a woman hits puberty they are at their prime to give birth. That's why people married so young, not cause society was fucked up like many see that, but most people did not live for 80-90 years; and they knew when a woman was most likely to get pregnant. Between 15 and 22. That's why.

The sooner you stop buying into bullshit like that the better off you'll be, babe. I used to believe in garbage like that, karma and all that jazz. Nothing happens for a reason, and there is no plan for everybody. The world might not look as good when you don't have your head in the clouds but at least you're seeing the real world for what it actually is.

How can you say that?

Everything happens for a reason. It's called cause an effect.

The cause: Carelessness.

The effect: dents in my car door.

Dents in my door happened for a reason (aka the cause); carelessness.

There is a reason things happen.
