IMO its an odd case...why does a teacher teach so many years / waits till she turns 61...then touch a seven year holds crotch outside her clothing.
No witnesses as well.

The 1800's saw a whole lot of mulatto children with racist daddies. Being racist doesn't mean they won't abuse a kid they think is inferior. If anything, it increases the chances.
