Puppy Survives Being Flung Into Sea

An unwanted puppy has survived his owner's attempts to drown him, repeatedly swimming back to shore until he was rescued. Bystanders at a beach in China's Fujian Province looked on in horror as a young man hurled a puppy into the water.

The tiny dog managed to swim back to shore only to have his owner throw him back to sea four more times as onlookers screamed at him to stop. The man eventually left the beach and a man rushed to rescue the exhausted pup, who was stranded on a rock.

It's fucking sick that people do stuff like this, I guarantee you they could have gound a new owner for the puppy, there are even places they take in animals for free and re-home them. It's even more sick that someone stood there recording it as he did it, fuckers.

It's a cute puppy. The first picture is odd though, where if that was a live action shot of the poor pup being thrown, why did folks not do something if they were that 'horrified' rather than stand around and take pictures. Unless this is something else, it sure looks like the friends were just as amused at what happened.

I don't want to be stereotypical, but this happened in China? As far as I know, they don't necessarily view dogs the same way the US/UK/Canada does (like furry human family members)...but I could be mistaken.

In any case, that poor little baby the up close picture broke my heart, it looks so scared.

I did wonder whether the person that looks like they have either thrown something or about to run in might be the rescuer but it could be someone who tried (or thought about) rescuing or indeed the thrower.

it doesn't look real to me,the picture where the pups been thrown...the boats on the sea,you can see the colour but a brown dog looks black,and a pup thats been nearly drowned is barely wet in the other picture....and if he can throw a dog that far i think the dolphins should be looking to secure his services
