PS2 online help.

Hello, I have just pre-ordered PSU for my PS2. I need to get my PS2 online, I have the kit but I don't know how to make it so I can play online with my PS2 and my mother can go on the Internet on the PC at the same time.

I have broadband, No slots left in modem or filter.

your mom wants to use the internet on the pc at the same time you want to use the ps2 online? this would be the best example for using a switch - basically its a router, but it allows full speed of the internet to the device(s) requesting internet access - so for maybe 1 millisecond, your playstation will have the full speed of the internet connection, and then the next would let the computer have it. good thing is that a switch makes it appear that both devices are connected to the internet at the same time, because its so fast

usually, newer routers have this functionality, but i do not know yet as to how to allow the router to perform as a switch.
