Problems with webcams freezing up Y! Messenger...

Has anyone experienced this? I thought it was my old webcam so I bought a new one. Blew 80 bucks on it and it still freeezes up Yahoo. My old cam worked on every program except Yahoo. I'm not sure if my new webcam works on MSN. I currently don't have anyone on my list as I just redownloaded it.

sometimes msn takes over the webcam and anything related to messengers........if you got rid of msn and reloaded the cam it might work on yahoo.........just a though......might help
