Problems with google account password

Anyone having problems with Google account password
it asked me for password because the current one I have been using is no longer correct
I haven't changed my password
So I ran recovery and changed it
then I try to log in again and still get the error of incorrect password on my new password
I have done it 3 times
and all the Google help just sends you to reset it and nothing to mention the particulars

Nope, not problem here.

Do you have it set to store your password? If so, it might still have your old one stored - hence the repeated error messages.

ive tried it on 4 different device one in which I have never used

A similar thing happened to me. The password wouldn't work for some reason and when it got to resetting it, I had to answer the recovery question. With it being a really long time since I set it up I'd forgotten the answer. I just made a new account.

I can get in and reset the password
and then when I do I'm logged in but if I log off and try to log in again
and use the newly created password it tells me its incorrect

Have you tried reaching out to Google Customer Service directly?

All I know is that everything is interlinked now..

YouTube, Google Maps, Google+... It all comes back to one account.. In a way it makes it much easier but I don't like how it tracks everything from my phone that I had to have a GMail account to my desktop.. Seems way to Apply Style.. :24:
