Problemo!

I dont know if its just me or what. But when I go to post a picture here, I click on that yellow box and the little box that pops up to let you insert your image tag, will not come up and also when I clicked on "more" to see more smilies it wont come up either.Is anyone else having this problem? I was gonna post some pics but cant do it now.
