Fergie deserves credit for challenging this year with the worst man united team ever.

There's been plenty of worse ones, the one between 04 and about 06 for example. This isn't his best, but it's not as bad as the "media" like to make out. It's still finished miles ahead of every other team in the league. But I'd expect a couple of players to come in (new left back, Javi Martinez).

Alex McLeish has been sacked, no surprise given how shit Villa have been this season.

I think Barton will be getting a 7 match ban (2 counts of violent conduct = 6 games + 1 for receiving 2 reds this season = 7 games)

And yeah, McLeish has always played awful football.

Paul Lambert is favourite for the job, which would in my view be a mistake if he left Norwich.

Kneeing a player in the back and trying to headbut another? Then have no problem openly admitting over Twitter that he tried to provoke other players to take them with him, almost boasting about it. THEN decides to have a pop at the all-time top scorer in the Premier League because he couldn't take the criticism. :humm:
his first offence was the elbow, which tevez embellished, that is the act that many people of they are honest would love to get away with, the kick on aguero and the headbutt were provacative actions designed to take a city player with him, a sad reality in today's highstakes game, not much worse than diving when fouled by someone who is already on a yellow
