Possible return to segreation....

The way that I understand it is that the real case (in this case) is that poloticians are pissed that some public schools are so segregated (90% black 10% other) that some of them (poloticians) want to forcfully de-segregate schools ( washington DC for example ) which is not a foprm of segregation but something tottally different. I replied like I did because of the reply posts....Seemed like the story was the one I was thinking of.

Do you mean de facto segregation where it happens because of things like housing patterns?
