“My baby of beauty”​

My baby you are, so beautiful and sweet,
Lighting my day and being my treat.

You show me mercy, while I show you my love,
You bring me joy, and more than above.

You have me in a lover’s chokehold, for you I cannot deny,
If you were to ever leave me, surely I would cry.

You bring me peace, like no other would,
You bring me happiness, like all the others should.

There is so much about you that I cannot try to hate,
You were my angel from the start; I guess this was my only fate.

My heart has found, its one and only desire,
You will set me ablaze, and you burn in me like a fire.

I cannot chose to ignore you, that would mean a sorrow,
I will love you forever and ever, even if forever ended tomorrow.

I will always love you, no matter what the price,
Just show me your love, and we can play nice.
