Can you remember one little thing?
One single time I made your heart sing?
A word or a touch, a small glancing look,
Do you remember the form that it took?
When you see me the way I am now,
Do you ever wonder just how
It skipped us completely, no chance at all
No time to love, no time to fall

You watch from your heaven, clouds passing by
Are you seeing us from your place up high?
Do you feel envy, hate or fear
Do you ever cry at the words that you hear?
Wish that you stayed to see it all through
And wonder if you'd have found love so true
Or do you smile at the mistakes I have made
And laugh at me as my memories fade?

A love so true it can't be denied
Though from it all i often hide
Devotion through all, through thick and through thin
Protect me with faith. our love it will win
Our bond is eternal and lives with me now
The words that we spoke when we took our vow
My love will endure, I fight for our life
My loving husband, your loving wife
