Solo workouts like running or swimming build discipline, while team games teach cooperation. Which do you prefer, and why? Does one feel more rewarding to you?

I haven't played a team sports since I was in my teens, these days I only play alone, mostly squash, however, I know team sports are far better than playing solo. When you play in a team, playing doesn't feel like playing

I usually prefer solo workouts like swimming because they let me focus completely on my own rhythm and progress. It feels more meditative and gives me a sense of control. Still, team games are rewarding too, especially for the camaraderie and shared motivation they bring.

I have always been a team person. I love to play sports in a team. Playing with a team, I get to build connections with other people, and also, improve my skills by being challenged by my teammates.

I prefer playing with a team and having my teammates helping the team to win. It's more easier when a team is working together towards achieving their goal.
