Many pilgrimages mix spirituality and adventure. Do you think walking sacred paths truly transforms the inner self, or is it the act of intentional travel that creates meaning?

It depends on person to person. I know a lot of people who go for pilgrimage as a journey to the soul and also to experience travel. No matter what you do, you will surely experience something brilliant.

I’d say it’s the intention that transforms you more than the path itself. Walking sacred routes gives space for reflection, but the real shift happens when you travel mindfully, when each step becomes a choice to slow down, listen, and reconnect with something deeper.
