I live in a neighborhood called Governer's Preserve. Best thing about it is that I'm young and have this house in my name and paid off. :)

SO hmm... your name is matt??

I am going to seriously start to get confused

Yes, my real name is Matt.

um, can i borrow some green? :)

The parties are a lot less often than you may think. When I used to party, it was never my house. Now that it is, I don't want anything getting trashed. I paid for this sh*t. :) I usually have just about 10 close friends come over and we'll just chill out and get drunk, we don't get all crazy. Why get crazy when you drink everytime? But yeah, I've had a blast! :)

Before my increase in financial security, I paid off a $12,000 car in 2 years at $500/mo. I was so pleased with myself. I realize just how much paying a car off is. I never knew what it was like to buy a car cash, for sure not two. Awesome for you though. :)

Damn, don't blow it all in one spot. Do you need that many rooms in a bach pad? Very nice house btw. I'm not big into neigborhoods tho. I grew up with lots of land to live on. Once I am in a position to purchase a home (hopefully soon) I plan to keep the tradition.

I grew up in a small town in Texas. The land in square miles of my town was 2.9. The population was 632. We had the most land in town though. (Went beyond the town lines.) I also know what it's like to have wide open spaces for a home. It's amazing isn't it? :)

I chose to buy this home because the area in which I have purchased it is growing significantly fast. My home will make me more than I've spent on it in time. I don't that many rooms at all. I only sleep in one. :cool

Ok, now I'm officially jealous! I just like in a one bedroom council flat in a post war, concrete jungle new town! On the plus side though there's beautiful countryside near me, I'm on the edge of town and a five minute walk away from the river. I'm also half an hour away from both Cambridge and central London and France is just a day trip for me!:D

I haven't done much traveling in France or anywhere in Europe. I've been to Frankfurt for a concert once. :)

I live in an apartment right now; nothing exciting. But in January we'll be moving to a new house. Just a modest three-bedroom semi. Right by a conservation area and a school. :)

We also own a cottage in Northern Ontario, a gift from Matt's parents. It's beautiful; right on a lake and absolutely gorgeous.
