Picture from Rome

I was looking through some old pics today, and happened upon this one. It's my very favorite pic from my trip to Rome a couple years ago. I was risking my life crossing the street to carry food back to my friends, and some sweet little old guy offered to walk with me and carry the food for me. Of course, I had to get a picture with him. Walking and talking with him is one of my favorite memories of that visit to Italy. Isn't he adorable?

He was very sweet, and absolutely appalled that I was fighting traffic and carrying my own food. He had some really incredible stories.

I'd give everything I own to get back to Italy, but I'm not sure anything could get me away from Rome once I was there. That's where my heart is.
