Photo Repair Workshop

I thought a thread about repairing photo's might be fun. The idea would be for someone to post a shot that needs touching up and one of the wizards here help that person out by fixin' it up if they are able.

To give an example I'll start it off with a shot of my father taken in 1950 when he was 20 years old. I still have a bunch of work left but at least it will give you an idea what I'm talking about.

I think the whole concept is pretty awesome, really, but the ad at Walgreen's (I think) shows where they fixed one that was missing a corner- including part of the person's face. I just don't get that one...

Hours of work and tons of patience for the average person but I don't see how a store could devote that much time to it.

i know someone who does this for a living,i say know..more like the occassional chat in the pub.....well my mum had one of my dad in similar condition....he said come back in an hour or so...but then some people are superb at things
