Exactly. They're not punishing her if they just let her stay in her house. They were only gonna make her stay in there for 23 days if she was good, so she should've just stayed in there and sucked it up. And that medical condition is BS too, if it wasn't they would've told us what it is.

I tottaly agree, to middle class people being stuck in a house like that would be sweet. The whole point of jail is isolation from the outside world. which is atleast being done with her, but how is she going to feel any remorse if she gets to sit a home and watch TV. The judicial system sucks. Paris is a hoe. period.

You do know they give house arrest to other people too, not jsut stars.

If you think about it .. not being able to go outside her house for 40 days .. for her .. is punishment. She's used to being able to go and ocme as she pleases.

And hate is a strong word. How does one hate a person they've never met. How does one hate someone for being popular, rich, and famous? She can't help the family/lifestyle she was born into. She could be the nicest person in the world, you don't know, I don't know.

It's not very nice to wish bad things on people .. it usually comes right back to you when you do.

I just don't see why it bothers people so bad .. I know it doesn't bother you for the 40 million other people who got DUI's this year, or how about the 40 million that drove drunk and didn't get caught, does it? Really?

yeah but i really liked the idea of her being in jail. but i really dont like anything about her. so its kinda a unfare opinion. i just dont like how she was born into money....if she wasnt she wouldnt have any tv shows, Movies, or a CD
