Never understood the conflict, so started reading about 2 weeks ago.

I cant stop reading!
Im posting here, because I know Ill get some serious answers and questions and a healthy knowledge on this.

I get whats happened since the 1800`s what I dont get, is why the US gives its support to Israel? I know the UN and Britain did not help at all, but why does the US still give 33% of its offshore budget to Israel? why are you supporting and arming an obvious nation that only came about from force?

Why are they an ally though? from what I`ve read so far, its all down to where the country is, to me, its seems clear that palestine was overtaken by zionists and the UN split the country up in 1947 (unfairly) and the now isreal is still fighting to take the entire country that was once a peaceful country. why would the US fund terrorism, when they are so against it?

They are essentially an adopted ally due to the location...during times of conflict a nation needs an ally in regions for ground support such as runways fuel porting etc.
The entire area was under British rule at one time..they wiped their hand of the mess.,,and made the divide as you say..thats not the conflict though
The problem is the Gaza strip..Israel keeps getting attacked from the Gaza strip..Israel lets the Gaza strip operate under control of Palestine.
Here is the problem nothing is done in the gaza strip in regard to all the rocket attacks..the govt officials are supporting the attacks.
Israel after suffering repeated suicide bombings and rocket attacks has to go in and swat them around on occasion.
People want to call it terrorism..why is it not terrorism that is coming from Gaza?
To further if the{gaza} terrorists would put on a uniform like men rather than act like pussies and hide in hospital churches etc we would have the issue of collateral damage.
Take a mosque for instance being used to store rockets...it needs to be blown up its that simple.
Any religious leader who uses his mosque to store rockets needs his mosque blown up.
Hell if I stored rockets at my house and it got blew up..its kinda expected I sure wouldn't moan about it.
But more to the point Israel is responding to terrorism while not being very politically correct....its a very very small nation all threats have to be dealt with seriously...This latest smacking will get the attention of the haters on the strip..in 2 to 5 years it will have to be done again.
Palestinians are true pieces of shit...neighboring nations all hate em and deny entry..I doubt you will see much in the way of refugees ..truth be known..about the only one that dont hate their guts are the Iranians and that is because they have one thing in common..they want the jews extinguished.
The bigger question..why is no one helping the pieces of shit?...as deep down inside they have to put on a front that they care {to be PC}..while they really hope that the pieces of shit get slaughtered.

Seems to me all the Palestinians want is there country back that the Jews took. They all lived in peace , but the Jews decided they wanted all of the country and forced the palestines out. As I said , I'm still reading up on it all so am naive to what the truth actually is. So far, I'm of the impression the Israelis are greedy bastards and are taking over by force. My opinion could change though..

The Palestinians are pieces of shit..well the gazians are anyway{which they call them selves Palestinians}..many of the Palestinians like the arrangement though..so when I refer to piece of shit Palestinians I am essentially referring to the Gazian Palestinians...and the other Palestinians that have been brainwashed.
If there was not the gaza problem...the rest would pretty much fall in place...many of those Muslims like having the Jews around{not gaza} as far as they are concerned they are in paradise already...just depends on the location,,but there are many areas where they are pretty much bumping elbows..Granted there are still plenty that hate the jews..but for the last decade its pretty much been all Gaza..Notice how the rest of Palestine could care less about Gaza?...that says alot for progress right there.

I have no idea, where this whole theory of Jews want this whole country to themselves and that they are terrorists come from. Jews have existed for way longer than the Palestinians did on that land and to be honest, Israel didn't start this war either, it's the other way around. Every country around Israel, wants it gone and erased from the face of the earth. You should talk to an Israeli and see how much they live in constant fear of an enemy who wouldn't even think twice about sending a young boy into war, just so they can have a small preemptive strike on the enemy.

And as mentioned, Gaza is the problem here. They're the ones who started attacking Israel first, cause they were the ones who wanted the whole country to themselves. All these news about Israel attacking first, or Israel bombing civilians and their soldiers hurting Palestinian children are either complete bull or are manipulated to look that way. Gaza is smart and they know how to get the sympathy of the people, so much that they would create a situation where Israeli soldiers seem like the bad guys.

Off topic:
I also don't know why so many people hate Jews, where I'm from we don't really have any form of hatred of fear of any other religion other than Islam (we have a red zone where they cause a lot of trouble in) hence I do feel some fear towards the Muslims in that area, but not in the main city where they're just like normal people.
