I have been through it twice. Love it. Its pretty tough at first. The second day, plyometrics, is the toughest. I about puked when I first started. I stuck with the program, but not the diet. I really wasnt looking to lose wieght.
Plyo was hard! Like, I modified everything. But I think the yoga was harder.
I'm on day five, and I've already lost an inch off my waist. I can't see not keeping with it. We went last night and bought a pull up bar and adjustable weights, because my fives aren't cutting it.
