I'm not sure what type of diet pill it is, but some of them require you to take time off work because they cause extreme diarrhoea basically . And I mean EXTREME. Some of the ones we studied in Psychology (one of them was Alli) along with making you pooh uncontrollably, also turn your pooh a bright orange colour.

Just something to bear in mind.
