Exercise doesn’t need a gym, hiking, cycling, or paddleboarding can boost physical and mental health. Which outdoor activities energize you most, and how do they compare to indoor workouts?

I like to go for hiking or trekking. However, I cannot do it on a regular basis because I have to invest time and money. Walking is my favorite fitness alternative to working out.
