When life feels overwhelming, what kind of outdoor setting resets you, a forest trail, open water, or city park? How do you use nature to find clarity or calm?

I like to go for a trekking in the Himalayas, usually for over a week, sometimes even for a couple of weeks. Himalayas give me a peace of mind.

A quiet forest trail works best for me. The sound of leaves, birds, and the calm air instantly slow my thoughts. Sometimes I’ll just walk without music or distraction, letting nature do its thing. It helps me reset and see problems more clearly.

I visited foreign country in the year 2014. I am tired of living in my home country. I have spent my life travelling here and there. So, being stuck in a country for more than 10 years is truly frustrating for me. No amount of going to other parts of the city or country provides me relief.
