I heard this morning that both of my candidates for Governor thought our Minimum Wage was $7.55.

Yo! How 'bout $7.25????

Just another confirmation that 'politicians' have no clue.. As if we needed more proof....

That is all.....

Oh, except Alex had to fire her assistant:

I could rant but why freaking bother.....

I will be so glad when this election is over... More votes for the same ole sold out shit...

I should mention that the Seniors in my town are pissed. There was a Veteran of about 75 calling for a Revolution the other day in my checkout line..... Another talking about how if - instead of the bailouts - the government had given every citizen $1M how we'd all be better off and only out $300+M instead of Trillions..........

Yeah, the Seniors are PO'd.

hehehehehehehehehehehe..... a sold-out politicians nightmare. A pissed off senior citizen. Perhaps this nation will actually vote our Incumbents out on their sold-out asses? Quick! Make sure the voting machines are properly bugged! :24:

Off to get ready to go to my minimum wage job......:ninja

Ummm, if every citizen was given $1 million, it would cost the government $300 Trillion... I guess math wasn't his strong point.

Point :24: Heck, I didn't catch it either... Nor would I have corrected her as she was my ticked off elder customer.

I think what she meant to say, outside of her fuzzy math, is that the corporations are always the first priority of our Government. Not the People.

Billions for other nations, billions for Wall Street, billions for the MIC. Jack shit for us. We are being made to do with less so that they may have more.

I'm very curious about this election. I've not seen so many ticked off seniors freely willing to spout off before.

Some see it as both sides at fault and there are still some that blame either Bush or Obama. But all are cranky as all get-out.

This is the problem when we the people allowed government to be bought by big business.

Hopefully the republicans and tea partiers can join with us progressives on this one issue. Forget everything else, lets just get together on this and get the money out of politics for good.

We allowed it by voting in the crooks who flat out told us that they were going to take money from big business. As long as they were against abortion or (insert your cause here) they didn't care.

The American people allowed it by removing themselves from the election process. They were happy with voting based on sound bites and attack adds. They allowed it to happen by voting with zero information.

I heard one pundit say that the tea partiers were against big anything - business and government.
