You'd be amazed at hoe fast the weight drops off if you just cut out all sugar and flour alone! Ive been doing that for the past 3 1/2 weeks and have lost almost 15 lbs just from cutting out all sugar and flour.
I still eat regular meals but with no sodas or bread, etc......
