Too much of a shadow on your face.... not sure I like the way the shirt fits either...
Is there a way to add to the logo somehow so that it looks more like it was actually IN the picture and not implanted in? I think it's a good start, just needs some tweaking.

They're correct, the shirt isn't flattering at all. You also seem to have an expression like you've got a log jam up your butt. Basic marketing, smiling sells.

The blurred out grill (or whatever) is very distracting, it's the only blurred part of the photo
Your line of sight draws attention down and to the right, away from your logo
actually everything about the photo draws your attention out of frame
