Ok....bit hard to see but


You are stressed, see the bite marks in the side of the tongue...a "grooved edge" can indicate stress.

Not too pink there Jim, so....need to eat better. Slight white coating isnt good....

I can see a tiny bit of the "tyre tread" (i think.....squints eyes) down the centre. This is called a "mapped tongue" and can be lack of iron and other essential vitamins

Thats all I can really see from that photo...I need the real thing:nod::thumbup
