I read somewhere today that it was just over 102 yards which makes it the longest goal until someone else try's. I remember seeing it flash up on the BBC Football site then posting on Twitter if it's the same Tim Howard that's a keeper! Incredible

Tim Howard showed great sportsmanship by refusing to celebrate. Goals like that are complete fluke, and luckily the better team won in the end.
