Olympic Closing Ceremony

I saw like 4 seconds of the closing ceremonies and it featured 10,000 Pyramid head guys from Silent Hill on bicycles while some long forgotten group sang something about a west end town then a boy band popped up and I couldn't change it fast enough

I saw about 10 minutes of it,while I was picking up lunch. Some DJ in a giant clear plastic octopus, surrounded by badly dressed dancers.......


Not sorry to have missed it. Looking forward to Rio.

Well....ya's missed a Bowie tribute...(but not the man himself, bastard) whilst Kate Moss et al strutted to "Fashion"

A John Lennon "Imagine" tribute, which I enjoyed too.

I didnt see after The Spice Girls coz I had to go to work, but I quite enjoyed it actually.

I was bored watching most of it. It sucks that I only caught the last hour in the opening ceremonies, because that was much more entertaining.

I think they did a great job with the Olympics, the city should be proud. Rio is sure to be fun, I really enjoy these international events. Perks up the mundane a bit, brings us all a bit closer at least superficially in ignorance. I look forward to World Cup too.

See now I like Jessie J. She sexy, I like her voice I dig her. And I really enjoyed the John Lennon tribute. The Brazil bit, I thought cheezy........... But I am getting damn sick of the whistling British song.......it doesn't make me happy makes me want to hurry and turn it off! :willy_nilly:
