So, as some of you may know, I work for AAA's IT department now. So I get alot of calls from people inside the company for all kinds of stuff. New equipment, software, incident reports, etc. This fucking lady called me just now, she just put through a trouble ticket to get a new Laptop and accessories, as well as basic software install and imaging. So Im reading through the notes and confirming them with the customer. I asked her if she ordered a 17" monitor. She starts screaming yes! I ordered laptop too! wut would I do wif juss monitor?! EH? I calm her down, but very sternly asked her, do you work in my dept? Do you? Do you have any idea how many orders I put through just for a monitor? No you dont! Know why? Cause thats my job and not yours, be patient I will be with you as soon as I think my efforts will be appreciated and hung up on the bitch! TAKE THAT FUCKA!!!! Sorry had to get it off muh chest. :cool
