It's that time again!!! With all the candy and other Halloween treats that will be making an appearance this month, now is the time to do a preemptive strike against those nasty holiday pounds that tend to appear this time of year. Whether it's a goal to exercise 3 times a week or 2000 minutes a month, this is the place to commit to your goal!!! So let's get going.

My goal for this month is going to be 1500 minutes and 2000 crunches.
Goal: 1500 minutes + 2000 crunches
Total so far: 310 minutes + 550 crunches
1 - 100 crunches
2 - 60 minutes at the gym + 10 minutes vacuuming my car
3 - 60 minutes at the gym
4 - 60 minutes at the gym
5 - 150 crunches + 50 reverse crunches
6 - 100 crunches + 60 minutes at the gym
7 - 150 crunches
8 - 45 minutes walking the trail behind my house
9 - 15 minutes walking to the Command Post
