Cool weather is moving in which means it's a perfect time to get out there and walk in your neighborhood. Whether you're a newbie to exercise, looking to change your way of life, or an exercise enthusiast like me...join us!!! You can make your initial post w/ your goal and then add each day (or week or however often you want to add) as you go...I will merge them as we go. Please do not quote your original post as it only makes more work for me when I merge them.

My goal for October is going to be 2500 minutes. I've been a total slacker the past 3 months and have fallen short. This month I *will* do better!!!

Goal: 2500 minutes
Total so far: 2940 minutes

1 - Rest Day.

2 - 5 minutes marching in place + 80 minutes at the gym
3 -
5 minutes marching in place + 10 minutes walking the dog + 80 minutes at the gym
4 - 5 minutes marching in place + 90 minutes at the gym
5 - 150 minutes yardwork/housework
6 -
5 minutes marching in place + 390 minutes working security + 20 minutes walking to stay awake (LOL)
7 -
5 minutes marching in place + 60 minutes working security (I was sitting the rest of the time, so I'm not counting it) + 20 minutes dancing
8 -
250 minutes working security at the Blake Shelton concert + 20 minutes walking to and from the car

9 -
5 minutes marching in place + 180 minutes walking around the fair
10 - Rest Day.
11 - 5 minutes marching in place + 180 minutes working security
12 - 5 minutes marching in place + 180 minutes working security
13 - 5 minutes marching in place + 240 minutes working security
14 - 5 minutes marching in place + 30 minutes climbing in and out of the dunk tank (LOL)
15 -
360 minutes working security

16 -
240 minutes working security ***GOAL MET!!! Told ya I was gonna slay it this month, LOL***
17 -
5 minutes walking (from the Sheriff's Dept to the 911 Center)
18 - 5 minutes marching in place
19 - 5 minutes marching in place
20 - 5 minutes marching in place + 5 minutes climbing stairs
21 - 5 minutes marching in place + 60 minutes at the gym
22 - 5 minutes marching in place

23 - 5 minutes marching in place

Rest Day.

5 minutes marching in place + 55 minutes DanceFit Class
26 - 5 minutes marching in place
27 - Rest Day.
28 - 5 minutes marching in place + 80 minutes at the gym

53 minutes S.C.A.R.E. 5K + 7 minutes marching in place

I lost 6 lbs last month, which I'm skeptical about haha, waiting for it all to come back on in one week or something :p

Weight goal: Lose 4lbs (total goal: 101lbs lost, let's get that monkey off our back, shall we?)
Exercise goal: At least 10 minutes every day except Wednesdays (I work/school from 7am-11pm, I deserve a rest lol)

1- 5 hours of walking/shopping/cleaning
2- 40 minute walk
3- Planning on 10 minutes of weights/yoga

4- 30 minute walk

7- 30 minute walk
8- none
9- 15 minutes zumba
10- 30 minutes running
11- 30 minutes zumba

15- 30 minutes running/zumba/weights/yoga

16- 30 minutes

19- 15 minute run

21- 5 minutes yoga
22- 45 minute run, with more to go
