Last month it was just me and Shey...hopefully this month we'll get a few more people joining in. I figure this is a good way to encourage each other to get our exercise in. So the way this works is that you set a goal for minutes of exercise for the month and then *gasp* you try to meet it.
The way we do it on the weight loss forum is that you just make 1 post and you edit it to update throughout the month. HOWEVER, once so much time has passed on this forum you are not able to edit your post unless you're a moderator. So if you will just make a new post once you're no longer able to edit, I will merge the posts for you to make it one post.
Kick it in gear, folks...time to get exercising!!! With the nice weather coming in, there's just no excuse. You can find 15 - 30 minutes per day to take a walk...all it takes is getting up a few minutes earlier.
My goal for this month is going to be 2000 minutes.
