Some of the things I've been reading about Bergdahl have been very negative in regards to his duties/capture as a soldier, especially by fellow soldiers that were in his unit.

From what I read, Obama broke laws concerning notification of Congress about negotiations with the Taliban.

This does look like an impeachable offense.

I still think Benghazi was to allow our ambassador to be kidnapped and exchanged for these guys. They did not count on the stiff resistance they got from the handful of our guys and the lack of help was to allow it to happen. I am not clear of the complete details but I got the impression from what I heard today that once we leave Afghanistan then the conflict is deemed over and those captured are supposed to be returned home. If that is the case then I guess it makes sense to get this guy back. But why the fuck have we not tried these 5 for their crimes? I hope they got micro chipped with something which is not detectable and we drone them.
