Can we all start praying now that the "Republican" is Ron Paul? It'll probably end up being Romney though, which would be almost the exact same thing as re-electing Obama.

I find that to be an interesting poll... because I think it's more of a commentary on the public's disgust with the current President than it is an endorsement of the GOP. I just wish that more people would realize that there are more candidates out there than just what the GOP and Democrats shove down our throats.

Ron Paul even gave up his seat in Congress to pursue the white house. Honestly, I think most Americans view him as a minor candidate who's fun to laugh at.

I'm thinking Bachman will be a front runner for a short while at least. They say she's set to take Iowa, but who knows what will happen afterward.

And whatever happened to Newt? I haven't heard much about him.

I don't take much from these polls at this time, but the field is pretty empty. It is sad to me that there isn't anyone (in my opinion) really capable and motivating standing up to run for president. I think the job is no longer appealing to anyone but famewhores.

Well, we all know what happened for the last person that "seemed" capable and motivating. How's that working out for us? :)
