So my MIL gave us one of those Nu-Wave ovens for Christmas. Hubby has used it a few times to grill chicken, make pizza's and bake potatoes. It is actually pretty cool and it seems to cook meals in a fraction of the time it would take in the oven. I have only used it once to grill some chicken but it turned out really juicy and tender.
