I'm a couple of days late starting this and I almost didn't even do it b/c I don't have access to edit and merge the posts anymore...but I need motivation after how lazy I was last month. The gist of the exercise challenge is that you set a goal for yourself (whether it be exercising for 30 minutes a day, doing 50 crunches a day, or walking a total of 10 miles...anything you want). Post updates w/ your daily activities throughout the month and try to meet your goal. Let's get going!!!
