Holy crap, it's November already!?!?!? Guess it's time for a new exercise challenge, then. Everybody is welcome to join, whether you're just starting your exercise program or you're an accomplish marathon runner.

You can see by my example here how it goes. Pick a goal (it doesn't HAVE to be minutes, it could be "work out 5 times a week" or whatever) and try to meet it. After so many hours you will not be able to edit your posts, so please put new workouts in a separate post and I will merge them for you. Please do not quote your original post...it makes for a lot of extra work. Thanks!!!

My goal for this month is going to be 2500 minutes.

Goal: 2500 minutes
Total so far: 1945 minutes

1 - 5 minutes marching in place
2 - 10 minutes cleaning + 70 minutes walking in my neighborhood
3 - 5 minutes marching in place
4 - 5 minutes marching in place + 80 minutes at the gym
5 - 5 minutes marching in place + 60 minutes on the exercise ball

5 minutes marching in place + 80 minutes at the gym
7 -
5 minutes marching in place + 20 minutes at the gym
8 -
60 minutes DanceFit Class + 80 minutes at the gym

5 minutes marching in place + 80 minutes at the gym

11 - 5 minutes marching in place + 65 minutes DanceFit Class

5 minutes marching in place + 56 minutes Ocmulgee 5K + 9 minutes walking + 90 minutes at the gym
