Here's a few photos I took down there yesterday on my mobile phone (hence the bad quality of them!) It was a good day apart from a shooting happening right near us, the last photo was taken at the scene literally seconds before it happened!

Not sure exactly. We were watching the float go by when a bunch of black guys, some with scarves over their faces chased after the float. Suddenly everyone ran for cover and then a load of Police came running along. Didn't really see anything and we decided it would we wise to move somewhere else. Apparently some 14 year old kid got shot in the legs later on as well. No one died fortunately or were to seriously hurt as far as I know.

Well that is good to hear. I hope they caught the guys behind the crime.
