yes, you use low fat or no fat vanilla yogurt...good stuff there!!!!

Yup you use yogurt and they came out awesome except for the fact they stuck to the panj even after i sprayed it and the pan was non stick.

Yeah, I thought so. Those are good, we get them when we go to TJ's.
