No OS Found

Dell Inspiron 2650, It is an older laptop. (My younger Brothers) it keeps saying No OS Found. I looked in the bios and no hard drive detected. I have tried taking the hard drive out and reseating but nothing.

Time for a new hard drive?

If you hear clicking sounds when you turn the computer on...yes, time for new hard drive

No hard drive detected sounds like it is a hard drive failure
