New Salad

So I had shrimp I wanted to use and needed to be since it had been in my fridge two days already.

So I took whole wheat noodles and boiled them.
Cooked the shrimp in a little butter and parsley.
Threw in some fresh mushrooms and cherry tomatoes
Mixed those and added red wine vinegar. Just enough to taste it.
And added a couple tablespoons of real mayo.
Stir and yummy.

It's very different. But we loved it.

I served it with cottage cheese and baked beans.
The beans were brown sugar and bourbon beans.

I chose them because if you like to mix your food a little they all taste well together.

The salad does look nasty, but I love all the ingredients and I know it'd be wonderful. Nice sides too.

HAHA everyone tells me that, but that is WAY to much work! PLUS then I'd actually have to keep track of the measurements and I cook without measuring. hehe
