Thanks to a member here, I'm approaching the script stage for Porcelain. Here's another updated version-
After the death of a friend, a group of teens tries to bring him back to life. But by mistake, the friends bring to life a porcelain doll. The doll is possesed by the spirit of a 19th century murderer. Years later, the doll is in the possesion of a young girl. She grows very attacthed to the porcelain doll. One day, she begins to go mad, believing the doll is talking to her. One fateful day, her house is burned down, and years later, the police go through the remains, only to find the doll unscathed. The doll is auctioned, and the new owners fall victim to the same fate. The doll drives them insane. The new child that owns the doll starts to lose it, just like the original owner, and the parents begin searching for the original owner. In their search, they unlock deadly secrets behind the doll's past.
I am also thinking of another story, it's a documentary/Blair Witch Project-style movie, to give it that real-event feeling.
A group of teens go camping in the woods on a school trip, but a mysterious masked killer begins to kill them one by one. The group begins to find out they are the victims of a serial killer that has been harassing the state for the past few years, and they must fight to survive, or die trying.
