Need some assistance please

On my laptop, I dont have photoshop to do this picture.. I need someone to remove the name at the bottom of the picture. Its her name.. however, i just want it blk and white.. its not solid blk, so I need someone to do the heal/fix bandaid thingy on the photoshop so it will match the rest. I would really really appreciate this. i have to print this out and use it for my oral presentation tonight.
