If there was one thing I could get rid of it would be anger. I suffer from it myself, its a nasty feeling and is responsible for most acts of violence, the world would be a lot better without it.

If I could make one change, I would do away with withholding taxes from paychecks. We'd all still pay taxes, but we'd get the full gross amount then write a check. Then people would feel the burn as they wrote the check and maybe then people would demand accountability for their tax dollars. Most people don't feel like they lost their money when they never had it.
