I'd pull troops out of iraq and send them to Mexico, conquor it and claim it as part of the US, all illegal or conquored citizens would then either be required to go through the system for citizenship or be exiled. I'd go a step further, but that would be considered entirely racist.

Well, its either that or mass deportation, either way the mexican people are currently doing nothing more than siphoning America. They work there illegally and then send their cash back to their families in Mexico, either kick them out or make them join us, both plans would work.
