My Room

I realize nobody else is going to be interested in this, but it's a good way for me to keep track of what I'm planning to do w/ my new room when I move.

This is the bed I want...I've been coveting it for like a year and a half. :24:

I wanted the bedding to be white w/ black instead of black w/ white to lighten up the room some, so I bought this comforter.



It's reversible!!!



And I bought a pair of these lamps.



I got these basket sets for magazines, books, shoes, whatever.



I haven't been able to find a trash can or any curtains that I want just yet...or a vanity. It's amazing how difficult it is to find a sit-down vanity for the bedroom instead of a bathroom vanity. Geez, don't teenage girls have vanities anymore!?!?!?

I'm doing pink accents b/c it's TOTALLY me...so I got this memoboard and this makeup tray.

It's super cheap and I can use stencils and white paint to dress it up. It's only $165, I think it was...and I could easily replace the handles w/ something that fits in better and then stencil on some Damask designs or even get some vinyl lettering. Ooooh...vinyl lettering in white w/ little inspirational phrases and shit??? I like that idea!!!

Wife had an antique vanity like you want but it had the folding mirrors like the second one. Had those carved legs on both pieces. Would not fit right in the new house so she sold it for $300.
