Well I know here If someone Calls for a Work Refernce..
Legally they can only Verify your name, Employee Work number, how long you worked for the company. That Is it.. The Side Trick,, They can ask and answer If you Rehirable.
One Trick you can do to secure yourself is get someone to call the compnay as if they were a potential employee and see what they get told.
