Clares easy but YUMMY lasagna.
ingredients:
2lbs ground beef
2 cans hunts traditional spaghetti sauce (the cheap shit is the best)
season all spice
olive oil
garlic powder
lasagna noodles (skinner is my fav brand)
1 giant bag of mozerellla cheese (8 cup bag).
13x9 glass pyrex dish

brown the meat, when its almost done add a dash of garlic powder and season all salt.

While you're cooking the meat, bring a big pot of water to a boil, and add a few tsps of olive oil (so the noodles dont stick together)

Add noodles in 1 by 1. (you need 9 but cook 11 in case a few break)

When beef is done cooking, pour in 2 cans of hunts traditional tomato sauce.

When noodles are done rinse them off

Lay 3 noodles on the bottom, then add a generous layer of meatsauce, then a VERY generous layer of mozerella (like at least 2 cups--trust me).
repeat. There should be 3 layers. Slather the mozerella on top, the more the better for the flavor.

Cover dish with aluminum foil, and cook on 350 for 50 minutes.

After 50 mins, up the temp to 400 and remove foil from top, and cook 10 extra minutes. You can check it to see how brown you want the top, if you want the cheese on top browned pretty well you might wanna cook it for 15-20 extra minutes rather than 10. This lasagna is FULL of fat but it's awesome and only takes a little while to cook.
