my $1100 diet..

here it is folks. For the next two weeks I must eat:

Breakfast: 3 eggwhites, 1 yolk, scrambled, with 1 tbsp picante sauce, 1 slice of dark rye

snack: 1 slice LFcolby jack, 1 apple

lunch: 6oz lean meat, 2c of green veggies

snack: 1 handful unsalted plain peanuts

dinner: 4oz lean meat and as much salad or green veggies as you want (NO dressing, and nothing on salad other than green things)

And that's it. OH and 132oz water daily. That's over a gallon.

Dang girl! You got more willpower than I do! I watch what I eat but I havent made myself out a list of what Im going to eat.
