Mustang guys check it out, have a question.

My powerdyne supercharger finally gave out, the belt broke and so it doesnt work. So now I have the option to either:

A)Buy a new head unit for $1400. (2 year warranty)
B)Buy a new procharger system for my car for $3400 (3 year warranty)
C)Buy powerdyne unit and save up for twin turbo(will be some time cause $5k +)

With the procharger I can eliminate my boost retard and run on cheaper gas ++++ because of the intercooler and is obviously more reliable than the powerdyne. Just kinda stumped but leaning towards the new head unit cause its cheaper plus still has a warranty and the car already is setup for powerdyne. But I would love to have a procharger system!

What you guys think?

Wish i new ahead of time...i would of told you to go anything but powerdyne...but IMO i'd get the Procharger

I bought the car with it on it already. but it was good for the time it lastes, which was about three years. but yes poor choice also IMO. Im just basing buying another head unit as a $$$ saver for now, cause I hate driving the car with out the blower. it just lags.

I have one on my 98. I want something cooled. maybe I'll just go with a novi.

Well i defanitely wouldn't buy more towards the Powerdyne...i'd save up for the Procharger or maybe a Vortech/Paxton...Maybe a Novi 1000, Novi 2000, Vortech...

hrmmm........ well as soon as i sell this 98 I'm buying a bike. and saving for another FI device. I may look into paxton but procharger is pulling #1 spot right now.
